This is not to be slight towards the 'Redneck' culture that perpetuates itself in the Southern U.S.A. however the image of the cowboy likely witnessing some rodeo rider reminded me of the 'White Culture' which unfortunately still perpetuates itself in such area and sadly does not appear to be going away any day soon!
