Many moons ago a good friend had given me as a gift a smoothly polished rock with the inscription SMILE. This was before you could actually purchased them at the Dollar Store? So it's always had a prominent place in my living room. So always on the prowl of a great prop well need I say more. A smile is rock as a hard but unlike a solid object a human smile is delicate, precious, and a fleeting treasure when we come across one. So stand in front of your mirror regardless how your feeling lets get those smiling facial muscles doing some serious cardio.!
