IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN (alain doiron

This ravishing piece was inspired by a photo I came across of Bjork. I was astounded by her courage to pose in such a vulnerable pose. However she as always been the consumate artist, never shying away from the opportunity to "push the edge of the envelope". This is part of a rather extensive series of works created with the use of recycled hubcaps. The circular shape is often associated with feminine spirit. This as a prominent place in my studio and continues to enthrall and tickle my senses.
